BOARDING SCHOOL

These courses have been specially designed to give pupils a taste of what it is like to board at Felixstowe International College. It is not exactly the same as normal school, as there is much more in the way of leisure activities than is usual during the average school term.

ENGLISH STUDIES

Pupils are placed in an appropriate class where they can learn English at a rate suitable for their level. There are two sessions each morning : the first is fairly formal, with emphasis on the grammar and structure of the English language. The second is more lighthearted and pupils learn in a 'fun' way, things about everyday life in England.

ACTIVITIES AND OUTINGS

A wide range of sports and activities are available, from golf and horse riding to art and music. Various day trips provide pupils with the maximum enjoyment as well as being educational. We can visit places such as Cambridge, London, Norwich, Hampton Court, etc.

Maths / Science / Art / Music

Felixstowe International College has a special pride in providing a "taster" course in Maths / Science / Art and Music something that is not to be found in any other English Summer / Winter School. Tutors from Oxford, Cambridge or lpswich visit the College to give joint and individual tuition in the vocabulary and study skills needed up to IGCSE examinations.
